*You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your business name, logo, and project details for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

 Limitation of Liability
*DC Digital Marketing Services and Pro Biz Sites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
*We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, such as increased clients or revenue, as results depend on various factors beyond our control.

 Termination
*We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, violation of these terms, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
*You may terminate services as outlined in the service agreement.

 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
